Thought I would share our AMAZING Salsa recipe.
WILLYG STYLE
20 Roma Tomatoes
1-2 Jalapeño Peppers (Depends on how flaming hot you want it)
1 medium Onion
½ cup of Cilantro
½ juice of fresh lime
Garlic Salt, Salt, and Pepper to Taste
We use a KitchenAid mixer w/the meat grinder attachment and run ½ the tomatoes, all of the onion, jalapenos, and cilantro thru it. If you don’t have a KitchenAid then a food processor or blender would work just as well. I then cut the tomatoes like you cut them for hamburgers and put them into an Onion Chopper. This gives the salsa that chunky/cubed look. We use this thing for $14.99 at Wal-Mart

Season to taste. I use garlic salt because fresh garlic leaves a bitter taste. I also squeeze in ½ the fresh lime, but you could also use a whole lime. The lime will also reduce the heat or you could always add more tomatoes.
